Apart from the part where they have become stupidly expensive in tbe last couple of years, I would be looking at the Evo/Skyline/WRX opposed twin piston caliper.
Depending on what you’re doing with the car and what front brakes/master cylinder arrangement you have, the old Commodore single piston sliding front caliper can be quite a good rear caliper too. These have the bonus of being cheap and readily available, too.
I can’t think of much else that I would choose, considering performance/availability/pad options - if you’re looking for better rear brakes, it quickly gets to the point where a set of P2 Brembo calipers becomes cheaper AND easier than the other options I can think of.
