S80 V8 engine mount torque specs

I have just noticed the right upper torque mount on my s80 V8 is toast and the right lower engine mount not far behind!!
The top mount is easy to replace the bottom one more painful. But I will give it a go

I ordered genuine Volvo through FCP ( aftermarket was only marginally cheaper) after I rang Volvo here and couldn’t stop laughing for supply and fit !!

I just want to confirm the torque specs if anyone can help.
