Aw50-42le 4 speed trans fluid what's the best?

Hi All
I want to flush drain replace my gearbox oil in 97 V70 T5 as I noticed the other day it was detting dark and starting to smell a bit burnt..

What brand oil have people had good experiences with and a synthetic or not I am happy to spend money I just want to know what good to use.
