As far as I can see, they're all (ARD, Snabb, IPD and Pumaspeed) are rebranding the MAC one.
In other, non-volvo circles, AEM have the same offering too, you'd just need to add a suitable connector.

Price wise, it'll be similarly priced. Though I'll pop up exactly what that is a little later.

And against the GM which is a recommended one as well?

There is a heap of positive feedback about the GM ones and I'd have no objections in using one but the main purpose of the V70 being around is to demo some of the products we offer, work out fitting guides, mounting solutions, etc. It makes sense to go with one of our (in this case quite new) product offerings.

I got the Snabb TCV and turbo response especially from 1st gear was alot more responsive compared to the ACdelco one.

I believe the Snabb one is a MAC one as well. Did you mount yours on the side of the airbox?

Your right they all look the same, i did mount mine to the airbox, i think ARD tuning or the IPD comes with brackets to mount them closer the the turbo.

I'm hoping I can just fold up a bracket that'll mean I dont drill holes in anything.

Sure i'll do it tomorrow, mine is just zipped tied to the side of the airbox.

Here you go its sandwiched between the ABS module and zipped tied to the MAF cable, not the air box as previously thought. That was the old AC delco unit.

Gotcha. Theres a small boss in the airbox near the MAF meter, it has two small holes that (while plastic) appear to be tapped. I'd thought about making a small bracket and mounting it off that.
The fittings that came with the Pumaspeed ones arent 90 deg though - they're straight so I'll replace those with some anodised 90 deg ones instead.

If I can pick up some black silicone hose tomorrow I'll fit the TCV and the steering wheel as well.
I was supposed to be heading to the snow tomorrow, but have been working a few late nights this week and I've got half a cold/flu thing I've been struggling to get over, so I might just tinker and get a few little things done instead..

This is the Pumaspeed TCV/BCS -

It's even MAC branded on the label, I couldnt get any 90 deg elbows yesterday but dont think I'll need them anyway. I managed to get some decent black hose and knock together a quick bracket to mount it off the existing boss on the side of the airbox.

If it weren't for waiting for paint to dry, I'd have fitted it yesterday but I might do it one day in the week instead.

Wouldn't be too hard to pop into Blakiston and Shortell in Sth Geelong or give Tony Ross a call , Ross Hydraulics ( I think ) a Geelong boy , he can supply a valve to do this. B&S were Festo , Parker Hanefin iirc was a brand of valves n fittings , I just thought of Tony the other day , mean to call and say gday. Remind me...

I'll look them up if I need some fittings. We have an Earls account, though it isnt really worth the cost of a courier for 2 or 3 fittings.
