Hi all, I'm after 3 wheels with tyres fitted.
I dont care what they are as long as they're 5x108 and they hold air. Tyres can be bald.
Preference is FWD offset but it probably doesnt matter and I'd really like them to be free. ;)

I should have 3 240 wheels with tyres that I don't need if RWD will do.

I threw out all my s4o rims not two weeks ago , had scrappy tyres on a few , ahh well!

May still be at my tyre guys if he hasnt scrapped yet but he would want a bit o cash as i traded for work/ 1 tyre and 4 fitting of tyres , only paid 50 on top = the tyre he gave me which was bloody good one , not matching but good for now.
On the tyre subject , the Pirellis i have now...4 wheel drift the otherday going in too hot on turnoff into Altona Meadows off Princes...
Pretty loose in the wet too , these tyres whilst second hand , good tread must be off/old....

All I need is 3 wheels with tyres that hold air, so don't need anything of any value - they dont even have to be the same size.
Sidewall markings list manufacture year and with modern tyres with higher silica content, age can become a factor.

Joe came to the rescue - or so I thought - with 3 wheels and tyres.
Alas they're 14" and wont clear the brakes on an 850.
I'm in desperate need of 3x 15" 5x108 wheels and tyres that'll hold air.
offset not important.
If someone has a set I could get hold of before friday, that would be great.
Ex850R
Well , i havea set i grabbed from wrecker ye can have loan of.
AshDVS
Thanks @Ex850R but I need them to get a car mobile so that it can be driven onto a trailer and taken away.
Ex850R
I have 4 alloy 15" volvo rims i was going to trade for a puncture repair in one of the tyres i mentioned above ...( i put the 15s on cos one 16 had slw leak , then get a screw in the near new 15" RE002s....bugger )
Rims any good for dragging it up onto trailer?
Vee_Que
Call a scrappy that has a flat be. Or drive car onto the trailer then remove the rims. Scrap places pick up by the windows with a forklift.
AshDVS
I would but the car is not to be scrapped, it is going to a new owner.
Ex850R
Can sell them my 15" or 16" ones...
Vee_Que
Right. So why not charge more for the current rims?
AshDVS
All sorted, thanks to Joe and Milton.
Many thanks to you both.
