Its not done for the same reason skyline owners go to big single turbos. More power for less cost. Also the exhaust being on the driver side. Though you haven't said WHAT car its going in, assuming rhd volvo. You just won't have room. If going in a 240 will need to be mounted upright. And boring out the block then going for big part in these with boost will result in cracked bores. Better to keep stock bore size.

And there is a reason for not much people going for a twin setup, esply wif a 16v head, the brake booster, and heaps of stuff in the way, it's already hard enough to get a decent size Turbo and Dump on RHD cars, let alone 2 turbos, and by the looks of it, pretty "small" ones (Small in the sense of how much flow you goina get out of them).
