Hi Guys,
I am looking to go back to Volvo ownership, and I am looking for an ACT registered, with RWC, Volvo for $4k or less.
I would prefer a 140, 240, 740 or 940 wagon, but will consider sedan again if I have to. I was looking at a 440 here this week with 107 000 km for $3k, and mechanically it ticked almost all the boxes, cosmetically it was a bit crap. I will also consider an 850 as well. Would prefer manual, but I suppose it's not that big a deal if it's not.
Thanks.
Paul.

Hello and welcome !
Plenty of peeps on here and Turbobricks Bruce thread have cars available , collectors they are....
850s should be easy , $1-2000 is as much as you should pay for a very good one , if asking more they are dreaming..

Thanks Snoopy :)
I will take a look around. I just got word the 240 I sold to someone on the forum here may be up for sale again. Waiting to hear when he goes to pick it up to see what condition the thing is now in.

This one i have talked to the bloke , nice honest man , too dear though......

Yeah I really would like that 142, but it's a lot of money for it, especially given that it's going to need some work.

Offer 2k? Would be worth that IMO (maybe with a blueslip?).

got some new upgrades for her as well. New-ish leather seats about to go in as well as new-ish injectors with new seals.

245 to sell? Whereabouts are you?
supermattyp
Penrith, nsw. Car is getting cleaned up and new seats installed (once it stops raining) and I'll have some pics to post online.

Cool - can I have my driver's seat back?
egads (she/her)
Fuck, my bad, prolly should have given that back before selling car to SMP =((
supermattyp
yeah man. If you want it you can have it. Kiki is cleaning up the leather seats to go into the 245 right now. IT FINALLY stopped raining for a few hours. Once she gets them cleaned I'll swap them into the wagon and then I'll save this seat here for you Nate.
