Excellente!
Now we needto get the aluminium radiator orders for P80 and P1 back on track!!
I want both up front in the R.
deleted_user_160
ive had bad results with alloy radiators. they always seem to fail. had 2 in the ford, one in the 740 all failed.
two failed in the core, (which then is a throw away, as it costs the same to re-core as a replacement does. one failed at the welds of the cold side tank.

What brands?
deleted_user_160
sadly all the same brand. of which after the first i vowed not to ever purchase again.
golpher.
i purchased the first for the ford as it was one core thicker and was doing lots of towing and was loaded regularly. first one failed so was replaced under warranty.
then the volvo come with one. so was pessimistic about it. but as predicted it failed
im now looking to aussie desert coolers for something. $700 was the quote. for a one off. although they said the same thing, if it failed (outside of warranty) it would be a throw away. on the same note if it failed under warranty they would replace but the failed one would be thrown as well.
they did suggest brass option as well. triple core. its repairable, costs a little more than a plactic oem type, but a little better.

PWR are pretty helpful. If you're looking to buy something decent, they can make to spec.
Of course, it's never going to be as cheap as something you may get from china, but you can be certain of quality and fit. They can repair and modify them after the fact too. Their service is very good.
I've got a new Nissens one in the V70, but for a higher-performance or track application, I'd go for a PWR one.

dont think ive looked into pwr before. local guys?
