They are called a 245L and were only available in Aus from '77 to '79. There are a few '77's and '78's getting around, not many sold in '79, I've only seen one from '79.
I once wrecked a '78 model, I may still have the compliance plate from it.

Also reasonably rare with the actual 2 seats in it. We have one that had the rear seats put in by the previous owner way back in the 80s.

Yeah, most were bought because they were much cheaper than regular 245 wagons, then converted into wagons by removing the cargo barrier and load floor and fitting rear seats. Some people did it themselves, but many were done by companies in Sydney and Melbourne that did it as a business for a while! As such the seats, door trims, seatbelts etc. were mostly locally sourced and differed from regular 245 parts.
