Wizard064 Hello Everyone I have come across a set of original 17 inch Polaris wheels that the owner may sell. I haven't seen the rims at this stage. I am expecting the price to be above $1000 with legal tyres. I am aware of the bulk buy organised for the Eiker wheels. What would you consider to be a fair price for an original set? Thanks John
Philia_Bear 1000+ if not bent Even getting replicas into Australia is impossible now for less then 1k due to weakening currency
Jamest5r_ Saw a set go for 5000 aud on ebay in Germany last year...... Buy them and list them in Europe make some cash :)
Ghettobird The group buy is only feasable if we get a few people in, there has to be atleast 8 - 10 people wanting them?
Ben I'd say they're $1k+ without tyres and in average condition. It really is whatever the seller wants. I wouldn't be surprised if $2k was the asking price.
Wizard064 Price is $1200 but one wheel is buckled, quoted $310 to repair. Two tyres are legal, two are not. Well I got them and had the buckled one repaired. Looks brilliant. Pick up two second hand Michelin tyres that will do me for now. Will post a photo once I get them on.
Wizard064 The buckled wheel was repaired for $320. I used Virgin Wheel Repairs 10 Valediction Rd Kings Park NSW. 02 9679 9999. It looks perfect.
