Hi all,
I'm after a pair of clear turn signal lenses, I've already put clear sidemarker lenses so I need to complete the theme. :)
Also after roof racks for my basket that will be coming.
Can someone are me a list of things I need for a manual conversion? I need to start hunting down parts.
Located s.e suburbs of Melbourne
Thank you in advanced!

I can help you with an assortment of the manual conversion parts, I have pedal boxes, the metal clutch line, rubber hose, a flat flywheel and a few other bits and pieces. I may be able to track down new master and slave cylinders and a clutch kit as well.

Here's a list I did for Scott a while ago when we were organising the manual conversion for his car:
Off the top of my head, a list of what's needed for a manual conversion is:
Gearbox (der) with shifter.
Shifter boot.
Flywheel.
Clutch kit.
Pilot bearing.
Pilot bearing clip.
Rear main seal (generally good practice to replace while the box is out).
Clutch fork.
Slave cylinder with pushrod and clip.
Clutch hose.
Steel clutch line with bracket and clips.
Master cylinder with pushrod.
Pedal box.
Crossmember.
Gearbox mount.
Tailshaft.
If using an M46 overdrive gearbox, you'll also need the relay and wiring harness for the OD.
If your car has a blanking panel for the master cyl next to the brake booster, then fitting it is easy. If it doesn't, you need to either replace the firewall insert panel with one from a manual car, which is a huge job as you need to remove the steering column and brake booster, and much of the right side of the dash, or drill the required holes in your current panel, which is a bit tricky as the booster is in the way.

The manual cars also have a bypass plug for the inhibitor switch in the auto shifter, that's not essential though, you can make your own if you need to.

Okay, thank you for this! I'll start hunting. I'll also check my car tomorrow to see if it's got the correct firewall and bypass plug.

Easiest way is to go to the self serve wreckers and just pull all the parts you need off from a car there. Centre rd wreckers, pick a part etc. Bonus is that you learn where it goes first too.
