Door lock X70

Is a C70 rhs door latch mechanism the same as was fitted to the balance of the X70 family? Mine has failed and I am wondering the the one from the V70XC that resides down the back will fit?

Hi - Where is a reliable place to source parts, specifically, the Door Lock for an XC70 of 2010 vintage, from, on the net? I've found quite a few hits on eBay, but I have doubts as to ordering from USA, such as part fitment, return postage etc.
