Introducing my 2009 S40 T5 AWD :)

First mods on the car:
License plates and an ozvolvo decal :)

Pretty happy with the car so far but the bus-spec ride height and body roll is a bother though...

To Do:
Lowering springs
ECU remap
Front Strut Brace
Black out wheels and grill

New turbo back exhaust would be nice too.

Looks good did you manage to find a manual one? We have a customer with a modified c30 T5. The ecu reflash really wakes these cars up but the coilovers and 19s he has fitted makes for a pretty rough ride.

Nope, It's an auto.

So I decided to remove the large Volvo letters from the boot and give the S40 a good wash

Weird those stress cracks appearing for no apparent reason , must have had a bump at some stage.

If you are discarding the Volvo letters I am keen to see them on my wagon!?

Yeah, looks to have been caused by a tiny stone chip at the beginning of the crack...

Finally got down to doing this, feels much nicer than the stock wheel
