As a reference in relation to quality - I bought a $300 aluminium intercooler on ebay (as have many others) and that is poor quality in comparison and fitting wasnt 100%... (still works fine though :-) )

I will have to measure it, I am not sure. But it appears to be identical to the DO88 unit if that helps.

Sounds a bit like how the 'Worley' and other chinese ebay intercoolers appear to be exactly the same product as are available via one of the common US brands.
Looking at both, on the floor, side by side, I'd swear they were the same part.

Rob , need to confirm if a run is all the same or differing can be had , manual peeps may go no coolers , as an auto driver I will go one cooler , much prefer an external for both but if it helps ahh well!

Having to fiddle around with other coolers would be a deal-breaker for me, I just want to straight swap my leaky radiator with a decent one.

Ok, I have heard from the seller and need some more information from everyone whom is interested.

Once I have this info I can get back to you with pricing.

Core thickness required (bear in mind that thicker core means wider end tanks and may make fitting more difficult.. As a reference the standard V70XC radiator I have here has a core thickness of 40mm and tank thickness of 59mm. The seller assures me that a 32mm core is what he normally sells (and i assume Clinton has) and he has never had a complaint about overheating.

32mm thickness core with 54mm width tanks
40mm thickness core with 54mm width tanks.
48mm thickness core with 64mm width tanks.
56mm thickness core with 72mm width tanks.

I also need to know if you need 0, 1 or 2 oil coolers and their positions. The oil cooler is on the RHS and the trans cooler is on the LHS.

not putting the kye bosh. The 740 radiator I got in this style leaked.
All the fitments were great but a seeping where the fins joined the tank. 2 different units did this.
