Try Daniel at Weber Performance, he will recommend choke and venturi sizes after asking you a lot of questions. This would be the first step.
As above it is tough to get jets right from just research. What air filters? K&N?
I sorted out a single weber years ago (on a B20) by getting the chokes and venturis sorted, then the pump jets, then the idle jets (which are also progression ports on a Weber) then the mains and air bleeds - in that order. In the end it was great and the O2 sensor agreed - it took time though. And it HAULED!
A good dyno shop will sort this in a few hours, or you can get really close to perfect by doing it yourself with some simple tools and an O2 sensor/air fuel ratio meter.
Be aware, Weber parts are expensive! The carb tune above was $400 in parts! The twin DCOEs on my 1800 were about the same money some years ago just to get them the same, they had different parts in them :-(.
They are just balanced and not really tuned, they are close enough and it is a 'one day' thing. It is in many pieces at the moment waiting for paint.
Call Dan, he will help. And sell you really expensive jets and chokes etc.
