Pros -
Nice big lazy 6 with PCI/PCE cams (204 hp) and AW30-40.
Grey interior is looking pretty good, seats look good, can't see the door cards though.
Paint looks okay in pics.
Cons -
Looks like it will need new rear shocks - why would you ever bother with replacing Nivomats.
Transmission service - just a filter / fluid flush, or PNP switch?
Fuel leak..... well, that could get interesting real quick, given the tank type and location.
Timing belt replacement = water pump replacement.
