Just wondering if a certain 145 still exists.
It is/was a 1973 145, ordered via the Volvo overseas delivery offering, and delivered new, in RHD, to France.
Could be wrong, but at the time Volvo informed my dad that it was the first 145, in RHD, with km on the speedo.
colour was Sun yellow, with B20b engine (?) Twin Strombergs, black interior,..
car arrived in Melbourne from France in late 1976, and was registered as IOF 690, and eventually sold to someone around 1985/86.
Dad’s about to hit 90 in a month, and he was wondering what happened to the car. It had developed rust in the sills due to EU salted roads when we still owned it, and I expect it went to the great Volvo graveyard decades ago.
