pbaerataus I am selling all the parts that I have collected to build an 8V to 16V conversion. The project is not going to happen.Engine block is a B230F (non-squirter). B234 Head is from a Penta Engine. The parts are as is from when I purchased them. Included is the starter motor, Alternator, Headers, Fuel injectors, set of B234 pistons, bell housing, fly wheel, 5 new inlet valves, 3 new exhaust valves along with a new unused head gasket kit and timing belt. The 8v head is a bonus. B234 Head will need a refurb.You will see from the photos that I have done a DIY "Yoshifab" valve spacing to the pistons as an exercise as I intended to replace them as part of the build.Will sell as a "Job Lot"; not as separate items.The parts are located in Tatura and are for pickup only (approximately 1 1/2 hr drive from Craigieburn along the Hume)Price is $500 however I am open to offers
pbaerataus Hi Daniel. Ref photo of side of block. You maybe able to decipher the date, however I did take the engine out of a 1991 940.Also I have amended my post with a new photo and comment.
Roinik I'll take it if you're ok with it being collected in Jan. I'm sure I can convince the other half to come on a road trip. The promise of a weekend in Bendigo to catch up with friends might be a winner.
