Up for sale is my 1998 V70 2.5T Estate.
Very reluctant sale to be moving this amazing car on so soon but work commitments require me to have something a bit bigger and more van-like.
I had purchased this excellent car from NSW and flown up to collect a number of months ago, since then I have set about fixing a number of things
214K on the clock.
The good:
- Brand new windscreen
- Rebuilt ignition barrel from a later C70 (Its very nice)
- New rear cam seals
- Freshly serviced transmission
- new brakes and rotors
- brand new front Bilstein suspension ( struts, mounts, bump stops)
- replaced rear Bilstein suspension and mounts.
- recently installed fuel filter, air filter, cabin filter,
- recently replaced all spark plugs, STI ignition cables, new spark plug rotor (Volvo original)
- new headlight bulbs
- new bulbs all round
- installed new MAF this time last year
- serviced recently
- comes with log book and a folder of work receipts
- heater core replaced last year
- PCV replaced last year
- timing belt done last year too
- tyres replaced really recently and lots of thread remaining (just had the tyres rotated too)
- interior leather is in excellent condition and has been cleaned and shampooed regularly.
- comes with tow bar, original rear boot mat, 4 original Volvo mats, plastic headlight covers and other goodies.
The bad:
Some scratches in the paint that you would expect from a 24 year old car
Headliner is sagged.
This is an absolutely cracking wagon that's quick and comfortable.
