I was going to use these for a project that went a different way so now these nice 19s are for sale. Price is for the two - if you just want one, it's $100.
People will know but I'm fairly sure these are from a 2013-2017 R design XC90, and in my opinion of the nicer rims that Volvos have come out with. Tyres are 235/40, Kumhos, at around 50%.
