Ex850R With your dc-dc do you need anything more to power the lipo battery? A controller? I'm putting 3 amps in and have battery/alternator welding cable installed back to the boot going to a junction box,fused. Might do similar to you.

Might do similar to you.so I am using a BMS on each of the LIFEPO4 packs, and the DC-DC is adjustable... ideal setting is 13.7V for charge (CC at 50amp until 13.7V then CV until 0 amps)
