Someone has fucked with the electrics ?

Love it, everyone loves the underdog. I to derive great pleasure in rolling a turd in glitter.

These things are very hard to kill and surprisingly fun to drive...

Drove one around Melbourne for 3 days...wanted to curl up and die.

      Awful things...

      This evenings discovery...

all dash lighting runs off the fuse marked "Audio"?

Dome light replaced with the largest multi LED element that would fit in the stock housing, the dome light trigger wire also triggers a "key reminder" bleep so I'm going to go off it to also do some LED lights in the front foot wells because it honestly does need more interior lighting

the trunk light is pitiful, I have changed to LED... but I am re-doing it shortly with a secondary dome light style solution in the headliner...

Installed front running lights (forgot them when doing the headlights the other day) went LED because lazy...

Further... the blower motor only runs at half the speed it should, not sure if its the motor or the control panel so going to take some voltage and waveform readings with the portable oscilloscope tomorrow evening to figure out why

One of the 2 elements for the license plate light needs replacing

One of them things that would have been free at Picknpayless but now is a pita

Now you have me wanting to repaint it with a pearl flake ?

I have ordered 12 (6 bulb 6 wedge) LED T3 lights so I can fix all the lighting for the HVAC controls etc

Ordered a 4 channel RCA cable and 100ft of 16g wire a few days ago, should be here on Tuesday or Wednesday next week

then I can hook most everything up and get the majority of the stereo wiring out of the way

Power wise... doing 4G CCA from engine bay battery to the Renogy 50amp DC->DC charger

that goes into 400AH of LIFEPO4 which then powers the 3.5KW sub amp and 75x4 speaker amp and has a 50amp and 175amp anderson plugs for utility

The DC-DC converter is common ground and has bluetooth so I can limit it to 30amps or something when idling and I can also set the bulk charging to limit to a max of 13.6v and not kill the lifepo4 long term

Not yet decided on what front LED lightbar to put on, @Dauntless was giving me some ideas like this one

All the stereo has more power than the car .....

Subs will rattle the panels off or will get stress cracks from vibration!

      Fun times.

Initial amp arrived at dads house in USA

It's a medium quality full range class D with a Bluetooth app based DSP integrated into it

A YouTuber dyno'd one of them and it does put out advertised rms power

I'm going to bi-amp the front speakers
