Unusual 140 steering wheel

There is an unusual steering wheel in one of my cars that also dose not operate the indicator cancel very well, or fit the plastic surround. Just wondering if anybody knows what it is, Is it a Volvo part, and what does it belong in so that I might be able to find the correct home for it - while searching for a 1968 model steering wheel.

That was an accessory for 73-74 100s and 75-80 200s, would you be interested in trading or selling it? I have a few 140s wheels that could suit your car.

From the link of Captain Leadfoot, the period correct wheel is the one on the 142 from 1968. They ran through to 1971. The butterfly wheel started somewhere around 1969. I guess the choice is yours on the design.
