I'm no mechanic but we did our S80D5 w/p and accessory belt when we had the EGR cleaned out at 80,000? kilometres.
I'm guessing the as alternator will need done soon, I think at 120kK now.
Some electronic stuff may fail soon.
Steering lock module, fan control module (replace complete fan unit with module on it) also check windscreen by pushing it out from inside to see if it is sealed still as they fail and water getts into the modules under dash basically writing the car off.
