Minor correction to previous post, no doubt poster meant to say 'methylated' spirits, essentially ethanol (a.k.a ethyl alcohol). This acts as a co-solvent assisting the water to disperse into the rest of the fuel. Menthol is a mono-terpenoid for the science dorks out there (like me.....)
Top up the tank with a few shots of 10% ethanol petrol and that will also help to rid you of the water that is present, after which, swap over to your preferred refined dinosaur juice and you should be right to go.
