ian1 not sure of the year. Came as spares with my ‘71 145, so obviously very different to my doors due to the handles, but Can you explain what the difference is between these and let’s say a ‘88 240? Apart from the electric central locking. ?
Between 74-77 and 78+ :
The lock mechanisms are different.
The mounting points for the lock mechanisms in the door are different.
The striker plates on the body are different and mount differently.
Edit: corrected the years - the locks changed from YM78 onwards.
