I was contemplating getting a Skandix group buy together with another Brisbane Oz Volvo guy if you're interested. Really helps to offset their high postage costs and we did a group buy back in March and it was all pretty easy. The downside is that we have to keep the entire amount including postage under $1000 Oz dollars. Let me know if you might be interested.... pretty sure they carry tail lights for your '88 740. The shipping is a set price of 140 Euros (210 Oz dollars), which would most likely be divided by 3. Take a look at the Skandix website and see which tail lights fit your car. They add 19% VAT to their on line prices, so in order to find out the actual cost make sure you take that 19% off.... as the VAT is only charged for parts shipped within Europe. This gives each person around 260 AUD (not including shipping) to spend without going over the 1000 AUD duty free import amount. Let me know if this doesn't make sense.

There's early 740 CLEAR factory tail lights on marketplace , USA listing, will ship they say
