Ex850R The internal wiring in the housing?Perhaps look at wreckers with busted headlights and get the wires out of them? Should be cheap to buy a broken unit.
firstcar Hi Snoopy,Yes the internal wiring, seems ridiculous to have to go out and buy the whole light arrangement just to get the wiring harness, if that's what it's called.Cheers Pete
Ex850R If you can seperate the internal wires from a broken unit and swap in easily its way cheaper than whole new/ used headlight.Call Mark or Graham at Berry Motor Group they do a lot of repairs on these cars see what they can do.
Ex850R Alternative is to buy the silicon tape that self seals on itself and wrap existing wires.Hardware has it, Also has it from time to time. Not sure if too thick for such use. Jaycar could help here.
