Hey all,

I have swapped the crappy old dash out of my project 240 wagon and the bloody indicator lights are missing completely, i had a spare K6091 dash and the light bezel is too big from it, looking at the circuit panel and the holes are larger too. I had a look around the internet and there doesn't appear to be much on it or differences in the light housing.

any ideas or spares out there.

That's where the instrument panel light goes; it's not the indicator light.

The indicator globe is next to the RH trailing edge of the arrows in your pics (the small black bezel).

The instrument panel lighting bezel and globe is a bigger fitting than the tell-tale lights, and that's what you want.

    I think I have a couple of those globes new in their bag

    One negative thing about those globes is that when they fail, you cannot remove the globe and fit a new one, it's soldered in. You have to buy the whole globe and holder together again

    Other models came with globe holders that had removable globes (3w i think) so when it blows you simply replace the globe. It's worth trying to see if you can fit the removable type to your cluster to make future globe replacement cheaper and easier.

    I am in Nowra on the soggy south coast, the removable ones don't fit as the hole is too small, I have tried out of the two dashes i have and no luck they are too big. The only thing I can think of would be to swap circuit boards around to be able to use the normal globe holders.
