740/940 wagon rear window exterior trim clips

Hi guys,

Any idea where I can source the plastic clips that hold the rear window exterior trim piece in place on my 740? A while back a kangaroo ran into the side of my car and knocked that piece off. It was bent beyond repair. I have a spare on my parts wagon, but I'll need new clips.
