C30 T5 R-Design Manual - $11,000

They're proving a hard beast to find and the few that are around seem to think $13K+ is reasonable for a pre-facelift. Surely they're not worth that, am I wrong or are these sellers just taking the mick?

If anyone knows of or has a T5 (preferably R-Design but not 100% essential) with an M66 Manual for around that 10-11K mark, let me know. NSW but willing to travel wherever. Not too fussed on kays but lower the better obviously.

Im storing a mates manual pre facelift with about 140,000kms.
He's back early Feb and I think he's planning to sell it
He's after 14k but it has :
do88 bigpack intercooler and pipes,
hardrace camber arms, toe arms, roll centre adjusters, engine mounts and all bushes replaced
Hilton tune stage 2+ with dyno sheet @193fkw
BC coilovers
320mm front brake upgrade
Milltek downpipe and exhaust
Whiteline camber correction LCA bushes and front Sway Bar links

For all the stuff that's done to it that's very doable. Was mainly looking for one on the cheaper side so I could drop a bit of cash on it and go for that 200fwkw mark. Wouldn't happen to have any pics of it would you? Cheers
