Hi all,
I posted a few days ago about my transmission issues to no avail. I've had a few updates since then. Got home on Tuesday after it going into limp mode. Took it to a local mechanic and they pulled the following codes:
P0205 - Injector general failure informationP0700 - Transmission control system general failure information
I know they weren't VIDA codes but it seemed obvious to me that the injector was indeed problematic. Felt super rough on idle and sluggish (even more sluggish than limp mode should normally be). The transmission is a different issue though. I've had it towed to a diesel fuel injection place nearby to get a cleaned/new injector as necessary but does anyone have an idea of what's happening with the transmission? If you saw my last post the anti-skid and transmission service lights came on simultaneously. This makes me hope it's something electronic (ie. a TCM needing repair) rather than a fried transmission. Up until now it's given me no indication whatsoever that the transmission so I'm hoping it's not something as bad as it felt...
Does anyone have any advice?
TIA!
