Id upgrade to the later style if you dont want to do it twice. It is pretty straight forward, some minor clearancing of the case and drilling a hole in the bottom for the wiring. I have a greenbook covering it if you want to see specifics.
Requires getting thelater motor and the associated resistor pack. @carnut222 had the required parts available for sale a few months back
