I thought I wanted some genuine 18" wheels for my 960, byut it looks like I will have much more luck with 17"'s as they are more prevelant for early 850's & V70's. really anything but the unatractive wheels I have! Whats around?

I have two , XC 17" basically brand new , only delivery KLMs as swapped out at dealer when car purchased.

Anyhoo. Propus are genuine Volvo wheels made by BBS, 17" ie these -
They were generally an 'option' wheel and more commonly found on C70s.
There is also a near identical wheel in 18", called a Triton.
Propus come in two widths,
'Propus' - 17x7"
'Propus C' - 17x7.5" (I think)
Triton is the one I mean. Not talking about Les's wheel. Though I think berry only has one form of propus.
