Made some progress today,

Runs again (which is nice).

Done:
Engine bay wiring clean up.
Temp gauge wire found and now working.
Removed remnants of the old battery tray.
Cleaned years worth of filthy crap out of the header bottle.
Removed, cleaned and repainted the radiator and fan.
Clean up boot.

Almost Done:
Mods to fuel rail.
Vacuum tank relocation
Vacuum hose clean up
Paint repairs on LH doors

Yet to To Do:
Repaint the Supercharger
Repaint the Supercharger mounting bracket
Repaint the rocker cover
Repaint the inlet manifold.
Replace a bundle of grommets.
Replace the air filter
Replace mirrors.
Install 123 distributor
Relocate ignition coil.

and leaving for Sydney on Thursday.

1 more grommet that is being difficult.
Check front wheel bearings.
Clean....

Looks like my Thursday departure will still happen. :)

Does the 123 have a curve that works for your setup out of the box or are you going to dial it in over time?
Also, as always you are no slouch in getting stuff done, very impressed!

According to my calculations it should be pretty close out of the box. We shall see.

Hey @Rob, with those 123 distributors, how do you dial it in? Can you plug it into some tuning software or something?

The standard ones have 6-10 curves built in which you switch between or you get the fully tunable one which you do using USB and their 123 tune software.

Check front wheel bearings.
Replace front wheel spacers.
Clean up the mirrors (cleaned up well and don't need to be replaced)

Almost Done:
Paint repairs on LH doors
Fog light Cleanup (replace broken foglight :( )

Yet to To Do:
Fix small bend in front bumper
Fix small bend in rear bumper.
Minor tune up.
Clean.

3 days left.

It isn't perfect, it is after all a 42 year old engine bay but I am happy with the way it looks.

It really is far from perfect. It photographs well. In saying that, I keep reminding myself how old it is and that it has not been painted and am quite happy with how clean it is.

On a negative note... I broke one of my foglights today... devastated.

Of all the parts I could break it had to be the one item I don't have spare, looks like I will be robbing one from the 162 for the time being.
