Made the booking for today (November 25th) for my MY2003 V70T5. Tried to drop the car in yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon . The service desk advised "sorry, we have not received the parts". My question was, could you not have advised me in one of the five communications you sent to make sure I turned up? Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know to maybe confirm the service centre actually has the parts to make the job happen.
