spock1 Hi my 1995 volvo 850 sedan has a large ding in the front passenger door. I can purchase a running (with a few problems) 1995 volvo wagon...same colour for 150 bucks. What I need to know is are the doors interchangeable between sedan and wagon. Would be a cheap fix if this is so. Heap of spares come with it. Regards Ludwig
spock1 Thanks for that Snoopy....for 150 bucks its a no brainer. Does this make any sense to you guys....the owner says there is a electrical problem...the wagon is locked in overdrive....looks in pretty good nick from the pics. Should be good for parts. Will put up some pics when I get it. I am after left side passenger door and a few other bits and pieces. Will try to help with parts for anyone on the forum...as long as its nothing major....i am not a mechanic. Thanks Ludwig
Ex850R If it is so good and probably an easy repair why not make it your daily car?You can fit a club lounge in the back of a wagon. I have carried some crazy stuff in and on top of the old ESTATE , a great car.
spock1 A couple of pics from the ad....any thoughts on his comment the car is stuck in overdrive, Regards Ludwig

Ex850R Im sure one of the Volvo Techs who reside here can answer better but I do know that the PNP switch is a usual suspect on these but ive not had any of my auto 850/S or V70s ( all P80 platform the *70 series having different front metal bolted on and updated interior only) and only one make a hell of a grinding noise with little power getting through which I just scrapped.
