Matt (who rebuilt my 780) experimented with Eagle Premier headers from the US. They are said to be an improvement over the factory Volvo headers.
Of course, Eagle Premiers to get them from are a bit thin on the ground over here, so.... maybe somebody on Turbobricks may have some surplus.
Matt also swapped the heads from an EP over to my 780's B280 and did a custom exhaust.
