Turbo conversion definitely wakes them up aloooot but you would be surprised how fast your money goes its all the little shit that adds up fast .
if you're going down the turbo path try and get a good game plan going of where you want to end up so you don't have to constantly upgrade things (like i did)
i started out just wanting a stock turbo setup in my 240 , nothing crazy just the stock system a 740 came with .
i bought a 740T donor car and got to work, got it all in and running and it was great . 2 weeks later i bought a bigger turbo, bigger intercooler , bigger injectors then some tuning chips , played around with that for awhile then upgrade time again another turbo, even bigger injectors , big maf and aggressive chips now it hauls arse and i still want more .
if you're anything like me and are going to want more and more then sit down and work out an end goal you want to be at, its simple just going stock now but every time you upgrade you're spending more and more money when you couldve just done it right from the start.
if you want to get past the 300ish hp mark then start with aftermarket management before you do anything , LH2.4 is good but leaves alot on the table .
if i was to do it all again ( which lets be honest i probably will at some point haha ) i would go aftermarket management straight up , even at stock turbo power a good tune would go so far.
also worth noting if you're staying with the NA motor and going +T you will be limited how much boost you pump thru the old girl
another side note if you plan on going turbo and manual dont even think about using an m46 or m47 at anything more then stock power( even then you will probably blow it up ) you will want to go T5 or something along those lines
