Do you want the long or short answer?
Short answer: not easily or cheaply.
Long answer:
The Very Big Problem you face is how the TR 3650 has an integrated bellhousing. This means you'll need to replace the front cover of the gearbox when you ditch the Ford bellhousing. I found this article below ....
https://www.corral.net/threads/yes-you-can-t45-tr3650-in-a-fox.1589434/
.... which refers to the Tr3650 adapter plates once made by Keisler Engineering in the USA, but Keisler Engineering went bankrupt.
Then several moons later, Hanlon Motorsports made these:

This replaces the bellhousing on your TR 3650. But as you can see, it ain't cheap. They made this plate so drag racers could fit better bellhousings with approved scatter shields to their boxes, but have the side benefit of making these gearboxes adaptable to Volvo conversion needs.
Then you'll need a Deeworks or Kaplhenke (or whatever BNE calls himself these days - oh, that's right, BNE Dynamics) T5 adapter plate. The Hanlon plate (with T5 pattern) attached to your 3650 will then bolt to the DeeWorks or BNE plate (with T5 to Volvo M45 patttern), which attaches to your bell.
You'll need roughly 7.2 inches of input shaft length from the Hanlon adapter plate face to tip for the Volvo T5 adapter plates to work.
Oh - nearly forgot - the TR 3650 might be a tight fit in a 940 transmission tunnel. But the standard 3650 is a lot stronger than the standard T5, so there's that.
