benny1314 Hi all. thought i would upload a few pics of my 1990 Volvo 240 wagon. it has done 205 000 kms and is a 5 speed manual. the virgo wheels were bought from berry motor group and i had them powdercoated.
benny1314 yeh they come up looking nice. when i got them the paint was all coming off. so i had them powder coated.
A_Volvo_Driver Hey Benny, nice 240 mate. Have you got any plans for it, or are you leaving it stock? I powdercoated my Virgo's too, but mine are sexy black.
benny1314 hey scott. i was tempted to powder coat mine black but i didnt know how it would look on a white car. i do have alot of plans for this car. one day i would like to drop a v8 in it but being a p plater i think i will have to wait awhile. might turbo it but im not to sure on how hard it will be. currently at the moment all the dash and trims are being pulled out as im putting new speakers in and runing new wires. next upgrade will be lsd and and suspension
benny1314 a little update and a few more photos. have my aftermarket steering wheel on and are in the middle of putting new radio in.
Ex850R GDay Benny , welcome. Very nice wagon! I like the wheel colour , although I like black wheels on a white car these suit very well.
Vee_Que Welcome! Nice 240. Good to see some more people in Melbourne joining. There are a few choices for suspension. Dvs does do thier own rate springs which are better than off the shelf kings. There are overseas options as well. Where in Melbourne are you as well?
benny1314 the wheels are only untill i find somethink better to suit it. i would really like to get some deep dish steel rims for it. i have been looking at a few parts overseas but the shipping cost can be crazy. just past frankston.
