This is a very regretful sale, but it's time to sell 'Olive' after being in the family since the 80s.
Automatic tranmission, sedan, odometer says 180k but probably closer to 300k (odometer stopped working maybe 5-10 years ago).
Aesthetically she is a bit worn - paint job is faded and she has a ding on one back passender door, but under the hood she has been maintained very well. She is an absolute treat to drive and hardly had any issues mechanically over the last decade.
Rego is up mid May and I was going to get historic plates, but she does need some work done which I've now decided I'm wanting to sell her before as is instead of doing it myself.
She is service as Berry Motor Group, and they've said she needs the following for a RWC;
Heater/blower fan replacement (around $700)Power steering rack leaking fluid - repair using a recondition rack around $900 (apparently isn't bad enough to be necessary for RWCSunvisor clips, clock light, door hinge, spare wheel (maybe $200 all up)
This car has been loved in our family for over 3 decades, but unfortunately I'm not in a financial position to hold on to and maintain Olive while she appreciates.
