The 740 can be modified to fit, that was done in my first 240 turbo conversion. The 740 downpipe 'can' fit if you twist it a little and are generally lucky (mine did not fit), though they really should be shortened.
If there is an offer of a custom one for a reasonable price (which Duncan usually is) that would probably be better.
