Whoopsie, I have a do88 Intercooler on the way from Sweden, and I have just realised that it won't fit my 2008 V70 as I have the first generation "large" radar in the grill.
Any advice on what it will take to get it in? Change radar to a newer one? Get the IC locally adapted - if that can be done?
Any advice urgently appreciated

There is a large amount of space behind the radar unit on my d5 as well as in front of it where it could be moved closer to the grill
It says it fits the V70 though??

yep - but not the early series 2007/2008 models with the "large radar"
There is no 07 P3 model, they are 08 onwards. I don't believe there is any difference in the radar units and the reason the notes are on the bottom regarding shaving the bolt for S and V60 is that I did the fitment 4.5 years ago when it was said they wouldn't fit....
If in fact you have a P3 intercooler coming then it wont fit anyway or are they the ame?
