rado Years ago was quite heavily into anything VAG , had many mk2 golfs then mk3s , audi quarttros and corrado even persuaded the Mrs to give up the alpha gtv for a tt . My point , at meetings we all give this guy a ribbing about selling his mk2 golf rallye infavor for a Skoda RS ..... Once he took us out in it we kinda understood .
I like it because it's essentially a Mk7 Golf GTI wagon and its manual.
I've had it for about 2 years and it was this or an I30N. I've done very little to it, except for fitting a bigger rear swaybar and the factory option 19" wheels.
It's going to get a set of Eibachs and Bilstein B8s but other than that I'll largely leave it stock and simply drive it until it has a heap of kms on it.
