<strike>gcp.se has brand new ones which fit the airbag.</strike> Tried looking for one a while back without success.
850 and 960 wheels don't fit, the splines are different.
EDIT: Just checked on gcp.se, they have sold out of the 9142038 steering wheels (940 with airbag from 92 on)
