Only a dealer could do it, it's done via software called "injector confirmation" eg part number # 31286167.
Although Vdash says it can be used to code injectors.
I have no experience with how the software download specifically works but on other common rail diesels you can enter the calibration code (numbers/letters on the top of the injector) with any modern workshop level scan tool.
I've fitted aftermarket Bosch and the dealer was unable to get the calibration codes to work with the software. The only reason we could think of was that perhaps Volvo only uses injectors within a specific calibration range.
I think you have vida so I would run the checking injectors test in the ECM and see how far out the injectors are and of within the +-4mg/cc range I wouldn't worry about it.
Are you chasing a particular fault code?
