I had a wheel align the other day Dave. Here's my sheet for comparison. I have Kaplhenke strut tops which add more than stock caster on purpose. My rear is pretty square compared with yours.
Your rear measurements are pretty odd. I can't see how they could be like that, without something being bent. It might be worth having another shop re-measure the car, after you reduce camber on front Left.
On that, you can install a app on your phone called angle pro, its free. Use it to measure the camber on the front left. Use a straight edge across the face of the tyre (vertically) to make sure the angle is accurate. Loosen the strut top nuts, and tap the strut top nuts with a soft mallet to rotate the top clockwise (inwards toward the motor) which reduces the camber. See if you can get it to 0, or the same as the RHS. (make sure you are parked on a flat level surface for this too by the way)
