Looks like it might be a fairly common usage across multiple models, so helps widen your search. Given they appear to be fairly brittle, it might be hard to remove a good used red bit from a buckle, but you might find some decent ones in the rear seat of a scrap car and pull them apart? Or buy new ones but postage may be expensive if from USA or Europe...
