I bought this car about 9 months ago. It was run of the mill volvo with an m46 and was running dual fuel and was very very slow.

(Im not 100 % sure this is my car as it came up when i google "volvo wagon", if not it is exactly the same as mine when i bought it.)

Drove to the other end of the state to pick up some virgos, lowered the suspension a little got some clear front lenses and install a bluetooth stereo and new speakers front and rear.

Sourced a b230ft

Installed it including the ezk (after finding out Chrysler ignition wasn't suited) and got a 3 inch exhaust made, mounted a thermo fan and got the car engineered so its all legal.

Future plans are speaker upgrade, locker, coilovers and if i can convince the wife some 18 inch polaris :)

Nice. What are your a/f ratios like? Any other hassles in doing the engine swap?

They are all ok. I'm running 8psi only and it goes to 9.9 under full load. Still using the na 240 fuel pump. Only real other issue other that ezk conversion has been steering shaft clearance for the dump pipe. I'm getting a custom dump made today.

Did you flip the steering shaft over? I know that the early 240's steering shaft is a bit smaller and works well for the job too. Stock pumps are quite powerful too, YLD ran his k-jet pump for years making big power..

No both options wereconsidered but the oil return from the turbo needs to be modified and it was difficult to remove it. Will post some pics of the dump when I can.

The oil return is annoying even on a 740T!

I had considered using a 740 shaft but haven't tried yet do not sure if it's feasible.
